Concierge/Scheduling Coordinator
Hi. I am Natalie. I recently celebrated my 25-year anniversary with Dr Micoli. After many years of being his chair side assistant, I utilize my dental knowledge and skill at the front desk as the scheduling coordinator. Outside of work I take great pride in my garden, both flowers and vegetables. I am pleased to say my tomatoes are as beautiful as my roses. I love to travel, meet new people and scorer antiques sales and flea markets.

Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Hi. I am Paula. I have been part of Dr Micoli's team since April 2004. I have an extensive background in the dental field as well as finance. I have a daughter, Shawna, who just graduated high school. She will be attending MCC in the fall where she will major in Media and Advertising. She hopes to then transfer into the RIT Graphic Design program. I enjoy taking day /weekend trips. I love football and cheer on the Buffalo Bills. I am an avid fan of the team as well as the sport.

Dental Hygienist
Hi. I am Terry. I worked briefly with Dr Micoli in 1987-88, when he was with Dr Foster. I have been a part of his team since December 2006. I live in Fairport with my husband Bob. I have 2 grown children, Jason and Tara and a grandson, Xavier. I am an active community volunteer with the Perinton Food Shelf, the Fairport Public Library and the Fairport Sunday Dinner Program. When I am not working I love to read and cheer on the NY Yankees.

Hi, I am Crystal. I have been a hygienist for 10 years. I am certified in New York State and New Hampshire. I was born and raised in the Rochester area and recently moved back to the area from New Hampshire. I have a husband Bill and son Chandler. When I am not working, I enjoy fishing with my son in the summer and in the winter I love to snowmobile.

Hi. I'm Emily. I recently relocated here from Maryland. I am new to dentistry and am really enjoying chair side assisting. When I am not working, I enjoy taking road trips with my fiancé' MJ and my puppy Dimples.
